Dog tennis ball launcher
I’ve been wanting one of these for months. I knew my dog would love it. Only thing holding me back was knowing my dog would destroy the tennis balls. But I found the perfect solution! This machine has been amazing! We use chuckit ball (med size). The launcher has multiple height and speeds, to give just the perfect bounce. My dog goes nuts when she sees this toy come out! It’s a good size and weight. Seems to be very sturdy. Super easy to use and adjust. Great functionality as you can plug in or use batteries with it. We love it! Highly recommend!!!!

Very poor quality and will not last very long at all.
Welp, third broke. These things only last about 3 to 4 weeks and are just so poorly built. I would pay double the price if they would make one with quality components that would last I would even pay triple the price because my dogs love these things but they are just pure garbage.

Ditch the tennis ball, get rubber
I’ve purchased pretty much every single ball launcher available and they all have the same exact problem, it’s like not a single one of these manufacturers has ever tested this with a dog. The tennis ball after just a an hour becomes fuzzy and wet and makes it harder to launch. You lose range, the inside of the machine gets all the fuzziness stuck in all parts, and the ball gets ruined in a day. Replace the tennis ball with a rubber 2.5 inch rubber ball. Now this has a small problem too, because it also gets slippery and wet, so I took a rag, cut a hole in it, and attached it to the tray. This way when your dogs throws the ball in there, it dries it down just a tad. This ball launcher is a bit better than the other ones in the way it uses plastic “gears” to launch the ball as opposed to weaker systems. Hopefully the company fixes this, as these are small tweaks. Rubber ball, and some felt pad/or air system to dry the ball off. As we know, our pups don’t exactly dry their own balls :)

Perfect for your energetic fetch partner!
I bought this for my extra exuberant, four-legged baby girl who LOVES to play fetch. There was a little hiccup in the fact that the power cord that came with it did not fit the machine. Unfortunately, after contacting customer service, I would have had to return the whole thing since they cannot replace just the cord. (Thus the loss of a review star.) Luckily, the battery option works until I can find a replacement cord. I am happy to report that my puppy loves her new toy. It is easy to use and quiet enough to not scare her. I’m also glad to say that it saves the wear and tear on my throwing arm too!

Great exercise for indoor dogs!
Our 100lb Lab absolutely loves this! He is learning how to put the spikey balls in the hole and then we say back, back and he steps back. All this is done with cheese when he drops to ball in the hole.We watched a young tube video on how to train for this.We heard about problems with the tennis balls so we just got the orange spikey balls and they are better for slobber . The ball thrower seems safe and durable. It is set to low and we use it in the house! It is great exercise for our dog.. wears him out! So far after using this a few times there are no issues. I would love to see a cleaning video for this launcher because it’s not cheap and I want to keep it running. My dogs happiness depends on it!

Might be ok for a small dog indoors
The media could not be loaded. I have an Australian Shepherd that doesn't mess around when it comes to playing fetch. I had a Go Dog Go launcher that worked very well for a couple years but eventually broke down and tried this as a cheaper replacement. As stated in other reviews, the first throw was somewhat far, and ever throw after that got shorter until it was barely throwing 10 feet on max power. My dog also prefers the heavier Chuck It balls and they are way too heavy for this launcher never throwing more than a few feet. The plastic "all weather" ball that comes with this is thrown VERY far and is probably what they use to advertise how good this launcher can throw but my dog won't use it because of the texture. My dog deformed the provided tennis ball very quickly.Returning this and will try another more expensive version of the spinning wheel thrower before I just go back to the Go Dog Go catapult style launcher my dog knows and loves. The bad part of those types is it's such and sudden shock to the plastic parts that it wears out quickly with heavy use. And my dog demands his fetch time on the regular. This machine might be fine for a small dog using light balls indoors where you can put it on low power and not expect much. It might be worth $100 for that person.

She loves the product
I have a 1yr old Australian Shepherd, she absolutely loves this product. She can load it herself. If we take a break, she'll lay beside it and whimpers until we turn it back on. I absolutely recommend this item

Obsessed
Our pup is obsessed with this!! We play it twice a day for about 20 minutes at time or we go outside to play. Chasing and retrieving is life for our doodle. I found that when using tennis balls they get wet and don’t go as far so we have about 40 tennis balls and use each ball twice before moving on to the next one. The other thing is that many have stated it quit working after a bit. That happened to us. After two a day play time for two weeks ours started to get loud and slow down, to the point that the balls shooting out would bounce out about 2-3 feet away. Then it just stopped working. So I was going to throw it away and buy a new one. Like I said our dogs obsessed. Once I saw again how much I paid for it, I was not about to do that. So my son in law took it apart and found the two motors had collected all this dark hard melted plastic (tennis ball fuzz) and some un-melted tennis ball fluff that had been collected from all the tennis balls. Which explained the EXTRA long fuzz on the actual tennis balls as well. Had to use pliers and tweezers to get it out, wiped it clean, put it back together and it works like new. We are now using smooth plastic, rubber or foam like tennis balls and let me tell you no issues but they fly even further and we just need to wipe them down with a towel after each use or they don’t go far.
