There shouldn't be any negative reviews of this mount, it's absolutely fantastic. Easy to level, mounting hardware is solid, rotates and good motion under load, and easy to install. I own 4 of these for TVs ranging from 42" to 65" and they blow other mounts I've tried out of the water. 100% worthwhile purchase.

This mount did exactly what it promised. Came well-packaged, instructions were straightforward, and installing our 65" TV was honestly a breeze. It’s sturdy, well-built, and moves smoothly side-to-side with just the right amount of tension—no wobble or sag. The tilt and swivel adjustments are easy to fine-tune, and the level feature was a nice bonus.It pulls out far enough for angled viewing but tucks back close to the wall for a clean look. Hardware was clearly labeled, and I appreciated the extra touches like cable velcro straps. For the price, this is hard to beat. Solid mount, rock-steady hold, no surprises. Would definitely recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised to find mounting hardware for a variety of TV mounting styles and the kit included the hardware that I needed to mount my curved TV on it. The instructions are very clear and all of the included components are numerically identified in the instructions and on the components. Assembly is relatively straightforward, however, during the twist adjustment, I encountered one of the screws that had been overtightened from the factory. This necessitated me dismounting the TV completely, using vice-grips to loosen the allen-head bolt, and then re-assembling with the TV. If I was less experienced, I might have over-torqued the allen-head bolt and stripped it out, rendering it useless. This was a factory defect that could be easily rectified from the factory by simply not completely tightening the adjustment bolts - doing less to achieve more. I managed to save my unit, but until the manufacturer fixes this problem, I urgently advise everyone to loosen the four twist-adjustment screws prior to mounting the arm unit on the wall.This design uses thin-walled steel components that do not inspire confidence. I'm sure that they're cheaper to ship and sufficient for the task, but they also flex more than thick-walled components that I've seen on other wall mounts The wall mount bracketry seems sufficiently sturdy to hold the TV mount securely, but the horizontal bars and the TV mounting brackets are quite thin and unsubstantial. They would not survive a mild impact, and I suspect that they were not designed to do so. They work just fine as intended. I live in a seismic zone and I'm a bit concerned about their ability to survive a serious quake.The unit install will only work where wall studs are under 16 inches apart. The manufacturer sells an extension wall bracket to make the unit work with stud gaps up to 24". My studs in my 120 year old house were about 18" apart where I wanted to mount it, so I had to add some structure inside the wall. Prior to purchasing the unit, I would recommend examining your wall stud spacing to see if you need to purchase the accessory mounting bracket. I decided that it would be faster for me to add wall structure between the studs to properly support the arm bracket.I really like the functionality and it added the ability to tilt the television mount. I had not expected this feature to improve the television viewing experience, but it definitely did!
