The media could not be loaded. Works great for mycology to mix liquid cultures or other organisms. Fun to play with on a spin plate. Definitely worth it over shaking the jars by hand and I think you get a better result. Good value for the money. Magnet is strong enough to spin thick LC.

These stir pills are just what they claim to be. Magnetic stirring pills with great magnetic attraction. Its nice having to many so you don't have to transfer them out of their containers as frequently.

These came in a nice felt bag and seem like their materials are high quality and feel they will last me a long time.

I grow mushrooms and I start with injectable spores. I put on of these in each jar and I have an electron stir machine. Once a week, I put the jars on the machine and the magnetic stir bar stirs the spores in the jar. They work well and I use them each time I make a jar.

Great value and they didn't either melt or loose their ability to spin after going through a bake like I feared. Doubt I'll ever need another purchase but I'll probably be coming back here if so
