How is this product different from secret clinical strength? same ingredient

Totally different. I used secret total strength and my arm pits still sweated excessively. I don't sweat at all using certain dri, for at least 7-14days or until I apply some more. Hope this response help. Certain Dri have totally changed my life. No more musty pits

How many days to work? Tried first time soaked thru shirt

It worked for me on day one. Although I must say that before I began using certain dry am, I was using certain dry pm. The pm works better but it made my underarms itch terribly.

Does it actually works for bad odor? I do not sweat that much but when I do, bad odor becomes a real problem..

Yes, it is an antiperspirant/deodorant so it will help with body odor. It will keep you very dry and with little to no sweat you should have little to no odor. I highly recommend this product and have used it for 23 years.

yes this will change her confidence! if it doesn't work get the roll on stuff! works like a charm and completely changed my social life. side note, the BO comes usually from glands towards the front of the arm pit. she can try using an anti bacterial soap a few times a week if it's not a matter of sweating too much.
