Great foam option
This product works great for making a foaming cocktail. It is a great substitute to using egg whites in cocktails. It does not really change the flavor either. Great if you're looking to make whisky sours or anything else you'd like to froth up!

Perfect cocktails!
Works great to put light foam on cocktails: no egg white required. Be sure to dry shake ingredients first (without ice) then add ice and shake a few more times.

Amazing
Best alternative to egg whites to get a really good foamy cocktail. Levels up your whiskey sour.

Good egg white replacement
Love the foam from egg white but I personally dislike the smell of the egg white foam. Tried to find an affordable replacement for the egg white foam and this did the trick! This is the first drink I made with it and I added a couple extra drops than it recommended, so, that could explain the thick foam it had initially. I will try with the recommended amount too... but for the cost I don't mind using a little extra. I dry shake for ~10 seconds, add ice, then shake for another ~10 seconds. Didn't seem to change the color, smell, or taste of the drink. The foam did dissipate a little more quickly than egg white foam but that doesn't matter too much to me.

Use this instead of raw eggs!
The idea of putting a raw egg into one of my cocktails always made me squeamish. Aquafaba, the liquid from canned chickpeas, works as a substitute, but hard to keep around. This item is a great solution! When you want to get a bit of foam in a cocktail, use it instead of raw eggs, and you don't have to worry about salmonella!

I don't recommend it.
The bottle arrived with a broken cap and the product does not work at all. It creates no foam in cocktails. Very disappointed.
