Dorman 620-225 Engine Cooling Fan Assembly Compatible with Select Honda Models

Product was exact fit, still fits kinda funky next to the radiator, but the old one did as well so I guess that is normal. The fan motors do not say Denso like the old ones, but the build quality seems on par. Honda makes good parts so its hard to make them better. Only time will tell if they last. They keep my engine and A/C much cooler now. almost 10 degrees from an RTD reading. Beware! though for people who think this is a quick fix, you have to undo the top radiator hose to replace the fans. I would drain the radiator just a little so that it does not come pouring out of the hose. Make sure you use Honda type 2 coolant only. Buy one gallon, $20 at the dealer and your good to go. Additionally check the fan relays as well. They are cheap to buy and are simple to replace. If you have doubts, just get them both and you eliminate the possibility.

Product was a drop in match for our 2006 Honda Accord. No issues with the swap and install. The AC and temp issues we had with the old bad fan went away immediately. Some people complained about a lack of fit even though it matched but it is likely because the slot holes on the radiator that the fan slides into can be difficult to align. At times it feels like only one side is in but you need to simply press and wiggle the unit until it is seated in all 3 holes, then place the 3 top bolts.

This replacement fan assembly is identical to OEMs. Easy to install and seems to function fine. The fans on it are considerably louder than the OEMs, but you get used to it soon enough.

STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3 MONTHS!! Bought this on September 4th, 2021. It was easy to install and worked great for 3 months. It stopped working a couple of weeks ago!
