Not bad, but could be better. Pin holes are actually 9/16" by the way.
The description is not too clear about this. The pin holes are 9/16" (not 1/2" as some have said, and not the more standard 5/8").The description says this is for Curt 28931 or 28932 pipes. This is not correct, as only 28931 has 9/16" holes. The Curt 28932 has 5/8" holes, so that will be sloppy and perhaps dangerous. The tolerance between this female jack pipe and the male trailer pipe is looser than I am used to, but it firms up once you put the pin in.I bought 4 of these for a platform trailer (that becomes a stage). I had to re-machine them all to 5/8" holes so that I could use the male 28932 pipes that I bought with them. The original holes are not well machined. A couple of them were slightly off-center (still usable, but I would expect better). I am almost glad I had to re-drill all the holes, as now they are perfectly aligned.I think that covers the cons of this item. The pros are:This is heavy duty with almost 1/4" wall thickness for the pipe and bracket/channel.This comes raw, so you just need to hit it with a rotary wire brush a bit, and you are ready-to-weld. Some other brands come painted for unknown reasons. It has two little 1/8" holes where you can insert a cotter pin and attached your pin's keeper chain.

Perfect axle cradle for bottle jack!
Not even sure what this is originally for but it’s a perfect fit to help secure a bottle jack head in place to lift a vehicle. I planned to keep this in my travel trailer in case I need to change a tire but I tested this on my truck. I’m just going to keep it in the truck since it worked so well. Note that there’s a hole inside so the bottle jack head can’t be too small.

Amazon people also bought
Was ordering a drop sown jack, #28575. Saw amazons post of people also bought theses together which were this weld on jack mount #28930 & weld on swivel #80040em7ro. Thinking they would fit the jack that post was advertised on I bought all 3. As seen in the picture; the mount #28930 is to small to fit on the jack. I would give this part 5 stars, it just doesn't fit THIS jack they listed as also bought.

Heavy duty weld on jack mount
This did not fit the Curt 8K square jack, we had to cut off one ear and welded it to the jack. All in all it will last a lifetime just required a little modification.
