Nothing brewing right now, but I didn't want to wait to try it out. Temperature has been below zero! I used the unit to measure/balance the room/furnace temperatures. Temperature and humidity measurements matched my existing instruments very well. Both the internal and external temperatures. Data logging and graphical presentation are great. Will be excellent for brewing. Never lost Bluetooth and we have three floors. Great price point for the features you get! I need another!

I compared it to a lab quality thermometer from 0c to 45c and it was accurate. It syncs and displays on my android phone without issue. I found the range was limited to 30 feet to 50 feet in open areas and less if a wall or other barrier was in the path.I have wireless (non-network) barbeque thermometers, and indoor/outdoor thermometers that work reliably anywhere in the house and yard.If you want to monitor something within the length of the sensor cable and periodically transfer the data to your phone (it makes nice graphs) when you are near this is a 5 star product.

I'm using this device to measure ambient temperature around my fermenter. It works really well and the iOS app is very easy to use.The signal strength is also good. I was able to connect and download data from anywhere in my apartment.

Tried using this item in my garage freezer but kept losing connection. Good thing it comes with the wired probe which I but in the freezer and left the magnetic body on the outside of the freezer. Now I can check temp. With I could check humidity still though.

This was a great little sensor and it was easy to integrate with bluetooth on a raspberry pi to integrate with Home Assistant, but it stopped working (even with fresh batteries) after about 2 months.

This is great. Easy to set up, built in alerts if the temp or humidity goes out of range. With included temp probe it allows me to monitor my internal fermentation temp(with a themowell) and the ambient temp directly surrounding the fermenter. The app will allow me to graph the temps through fermentation.Thanks Ink-Bird for coming through with another solid product.

If you use the external probe, the display will only show those results. There should be some way that the display could switch between the internal sensor and the external probe.

Great device. I'm using this in my keezer to monitor temps along with humidity and love the fact that the app keeps track in graph that you can check daily weekly or monthly. You can also set the interval that you want for it to transfer data to the app. Super easy to set up can see it on my phone in any room of the house.Thanks Inkbird!!
