Right dosage

I’ve used this french baking powder for years.It works perfectly for cake, and if you add it to all purpose flour to fry meat or vegetable, the fried food are so crunchy.Over all, that’s a good product.

My mother in law will exclusively use this for her spiced bread. Delicious!
