Super comfortable to wear for long periods of time, effective in reducing blue light.Only call out is they are not anti-glare, so if you're on zoom the person you're talking to can see reflections of your screen on your glasses, so I have to keep in mind what windows I have open. I wish they sell a version that does have anti-glare coating -- would happily pay more for that add-on.
