great authentic taste and very easy to make, don't follow the recipe for adding in the milk, add in a tablespoon at a time until you achieve a stiff dough

Very easy to use. I don’t have a proper steamer so I used a large Le Creuset Dutch oven with a wire rack in the bottom and a 9 inch cake pan. The dhokla came out perfect.For a proper rise, you have to work very quickly after adding the liquid ingredients to get the batter mixed, into the pan, and the pan into the steamer.

Cooks smoothly and has a lovely taste.

Easy to use, good result every time. I now make my own batter and chutneys from scratch but these are a good back up when I don't have the time to prep or have run out of batter.

I use an insta pot to make these. I also make them in silicone cupcake molds so I don’t need to grease an idli mold. They come out perfect in 15 minutes.

This product was good but the seller is selling this for 3 times more price for the product. The 200 gms just cost you $1.29 and for 3 packs it should be 3.87.Not worth it to buy here.

I decided to buy this because in a house I was priked and I liked it. But I tried to do it and it was terrible horrible. It also has an outrageous amount of sugar. I won't buy it again.
