I never write reviews but figured I would to help anyone out who’s on the fence, and potentially dealing with a disastrous breakout!Some background on my skin type: throughout my teens I had pretty noticeable cystic acne. At one point or another I went on an oral antibiotic that helped, and over the years I grew out of my teenage acne phase. However, once a quarter I tend to breakout, and this breakout is usually accompanied by a cystic pimple or two.Recently I experienced one of these breakouts. Normally when I get something cystic, I just call up my dermatologist and go in to get a quick cortisone shot. Unfortunately I just moved states, so I was unable to find a dermatologist that would take me last minute at a reasonable price. Desperate to calm down my zit, I turned to these patches.Obviously you cannot expect these patches to get rid of a cystic pimple overnight. However, I could not recommend these enough to people who struggle with acne similar to mine. I started wearing them on Thursday morning (night and day) and by Friday afternoon, I was able to drain the cyst a bit because it came to a head (I know, I know… you shouldn’t do that on your own). Although the cyst wasn’t completely gone by the weekend, it was flat enough, and the swelling/redness had cooled down enough that a little concealer virtually hid the whole thing from the unknowing eye. Progress like this on my cystic acne usually takes 1-2 weeks, and it was shortened down to 1-2 days. It’s Monday now, and my cyst is still fading, but I’m incredibly thankful for these patches because I truly believed they helped.Overall I think the patches helped mostly with swelling and redness, which are probably the two worst parts of a pimple. (Oh, and I was icing my face about 2-3 times a day as well).Don’t expect your zit to go away, but expect improvement that can ultimately be hidden with a little touch of makeup!

These are great! The box has 4 sheets, each one having 12 dots (6 big/6 small). You leave them on at least 8 hours, but sometimes I’ll have one on for 24 depending on how my pimple is. Read the instructions though! They ONLY work on white heads, AFTER you can see the head. They work by bringing the pus to the surface, so it won’t work in black heads or cystic. Sometimes if the white head isn’t completely ready I can use these to shave a day off of it (so instead of it taking 4 days for the head to appear it would only take 3), but honestly it isn’t really worth Doing that in my opinion.When the white head is ready however, I put the dot on before bed, and when I take it off in the morning all of the pus is at the surface and just comes out with the dot.AFTERCARE: after the pus comes out these usually leave the pore hole very large and exposed. I normally then wash my face with my acne wash and warm water (to clean out any bacteria) and will then apply a cold compress/towel to make the pore shrink down and remove any remaining inflammation.

These sincerely do wonders for my breakouts or single zits. Helps calm them down from so much inflammation and helps so I don’t touch them.

These work GREAT, and they actually STAY ON! They are worth the money. Mine stayed on through a shower. I forgot about it and it was still there.

These blemish dots are great for ordinary pimples, in my opinion, and once the patch is applied they would disappear overnight. However, I don't think they are as effective for cystic acne as it does very little other than preventing it from getting bigger. So, overall, I think it's effective for small pimples that just need a pop of salicylic acid but not for cystic acne.

Love them. So thin and easy to peel off their backing. They are as close to invisible as I have found.

Opened up a new package of sheets of dots (there’s 3 to a box) AND IT WAS EMPTY! What a rip off. I don’t need to use them too often so I barely noticed. It’s too late to report a problem with the purchase so i just got ripped off! BUYER BEWARE!

This product works like magic! It literally erased my pimples in 2hrs! Amazing!

I'm 52 and frankly have used pretty much every method you can think of to banish unwanted blemishes . It seems a little unfair that being so far now from puberty that my skin still offers up these little unsightly gifts from time to time but there we go Mother Nature is a real....mother!These brilliant little patches come in 2 sizes and fit neatly over the burgeoning blemish and are completely see through so you can really only see you have one on if you look very closely .I usually put them on before bed and by morning ..Hey Presto..zit begone!!Even for those really red, large nasty spots these patches seem to calm them down enough to be covered over with concealer.I cant recommend these enough- they're fab!

I will be back to buy again, as these are really good. Do not expect miracle, but they help reduce redness and inflamination over the night. They are very thin and protect your spot from excessive touching. The skin does not sweat under neath.

This product is the best!! And I will order more and more.It is easy to use and really easy to storage

Not the best blemish spots I have tried, however, they do help calm spots, suck out the oil, and stop me from touching them
