I wish this cable did not cost so much, but after trying multiple options, this is the first longer cable that actually handled my setup properly. I am running dual 4K monitors in a daisy chain, and the included 3 foot Thunderbolt cable worked fine. The problem started when I needed something longer. I tried a few extended length cables from other brands and none of them could reliably support the bandwidth. It seems once you go past 3 feet, you really do need an active cable to maintain full performance. This one does exactly what it claims. My dual 4K displays run properly without flickering or dropping resolution, and I do not have to constantly troubleshoot or swap cables. That alone made it worth it for me. I do lose a bit on charging speed compared to shorter cables, but it is still functional for power delivery. More importantly, I can easily move the cable between laptops without reworking my desk setup every time. It is expensive, but if you need a longer Thunderbolt cable that truly supports high bandwidth displays, this one actually delivers.

I have a 32-inch 4k 144hz monitor and needed a way to carry that data from my M1 Max Macbook Pro 16. This cable does that, and it also carries the USB data from the monitor's built-in USB hub as well as charges the laptop with 18w (the max the monitor provides). I have also tested its thunderbolt capabilities and it works flawlessly for data transfer as well. If you have this use case and are okay with 3 ft or shorter, do not buy this cable, USB 4 cables can do the same thing over that distance. When I bought this, there was no 6 ft USB 4 cable on the market that could handle 4k 144hz. This cable, while expensive, works flawlessly. I have also used it for high-speed data transfer between devices and it is a lifesaver for that as well. It also works over windows and works with g-sync at the same time. High price aside (which is just how much thunderbolt cables cost), this cable is fantastic.

Updating my review; customer service sent me a replacement cable after I contacted them free of charge. —- The cable originally worked great and seemed sturdy relative to other USB-C cables I've owned. However, after less than three months, the cable failed and no longer charges my computer. The cable has no visible damage, so I can't figure out why it is no longer functioning, but back to an old (much thinner) USB-C cable that is doing just fine and costs a fraction of the price. I reached out to seller to see what support they can provide; will update here when they respond back to me.

Perfect for running my Docking station, hooked up to M17 R3 laptop. Purchased a few others from Amazon, none of them had enough power to juice up the docking station.....Ended up doing more research.... and few hours later... vula... found this little gem. Would certainly recommend it

The cable is fine and does what it says, but be warned, the plastic casing around metal USB c connector is too wide and will not allow you to complete a full connection to charge if using an Apple FineWoven case on an iPhone 15.

I use one to handle data for a large monitor and many USB devices and it works great! No complaints

As others have mentioned in their reviews, the cable has a pretty bad problem with falling apart. I haven't had a cable experience issues like this in a very long time, probably comparable to the original iPhone cable for durability. The cable was nice but it's at its last limb and now refuses to properly work. I've had it barely for over a year now, but these problems have been going on for quite some time now. I just finally got time to write a review. Anyways, both ends, as pictured, are falling apart at the connectors. Originally when I first got the cable, it was perfect. Great length, and awesome transfer speeds all on top of fantastic charging speeds. In the end though, the price just doesn't match the durability. Maybe if you never plan to move the cable at all, then it's for you.

GMKtec K2とSonnet eGFX Breakaway Boxの接続に使用しています。他のケーブルでは相性問題のためか認識が不安定でしたが、このケーブルは大丈夫でした。macbook pro 2019との接続も問題有りませんでした。

Un cable oficial de Apple mucho más caro no funcionó bien y este sí. Una lástima que no los haya de 3 metros.

Update 1 Woche nach Nutzung: Ich muss meine Bewertung nach oben korrigieren, da hier mein Kabeltester wohl Schwächen hat. Ich habe das Kabel dennoch an meinem eGPU getestet und es erfüllt alle specs und schafft mit meinem TH3P4G3 (Performance Screenshot angehängt. ------------------------- Ursprüngliche Rezension: Laut meinem USB Kabeltester handelt es sich bei diesem Kabel nicht um ein TB4 Kabel. Interessant ist, dass ein TB5 Kabel, dass ich von der gleichen Marke gekauft habe, richtig als TB5 Kabel erkannt wird.

Ottimo cavo, riconosciuto subito dal mio pc dotato di porta Thunderbolt 4 su monitor avente porta Thunderbolt 3, consigliatissimo.
