10/10 no residue or smell

I ordered this the first time, used it and and it seemed to work. So I ordered another bottle. I left the box unopened for 2 weeks while I finished up the first bottle. When I did open it I found that the bottle was smashed open and there was no sign of any liquid or wetness that the box presumably once contained, so it must have broken a long time ago and evaporated while in storage. There is no link to contact the manufacturer and its not eligible for a return. Take your chances.
