Hey, I'm using it as head support for my foam roller, but it's too thick for my needs. Do you have a thinner version, half in width?

My Pilates instructor suggested I move the head support partially forward with part being off the foam roller to get a better position for my head and neck. It helped a lot as I am tall (6’1”). The key seems to be the position of the pillow. Try moving it up and down toward the base of the neck.I do not know if the pillow comes any thinner.

How many come with this just 1? Seems like you would need more.

It comes with one arch. The arch comes with a informative pamphlet showing various things you can use it for. For some exercises, you need 1 arch, for others you would need 2 or 3 arches.
