The quality is EXCELLENT and even better than I had expected. It was one of those moments where I unwrapped something and got all jittery like a kid on Christmas morning. The LED settings are also quite extensive and easy to navigate. The cord itself is also of good quality and at the perfect length. The product came two whole days early and was very securely packed. Customer service responds immediately and I would recommend purchasing this if you’re looking for a cool gaming mousepad or just any mousepad really.Also, the bad reviews have to be from boomers who don’t know what resolution is and send the company pictures they’ve saved from their Facebook timeline or something. The quality is outstanding.

When I seen the "customize your own" mousepad I thought it was too good to be true. I figured the price would've been high, and quality would've been low but man, i'm surprised.Image isn't FULLY HD, but it doesn't look too far from it. I would expect nothing less when being able to create a custom mousepad.RGB works perfectly and the mousepad feels nice. The RGB strip alongside the mousepad is low profile, and I got used to feeling it on my arm after the first few hours of use. The RGB strip doesn't leave marks on my arms and doesn't scratch.Well done, 10/10 would recommend the customizable mousepad.

I spent quite a bit of time ensuring that the picture used would not be as blurry as it could have been if I left it as is. Unfortunately the image once shipped came out very blurry especially in the finer details.That being said, the colors were accurate and overall it looks OKAY. The main saving grace is how well the LED looks with my set up. The LED band is thin and held together by thin plastic thread. Part of me wishes that the thread wasn't spread out so much and was actually covering the entirety of the LED band to make for a much sturdier product.Would I buy this again? Ehh.. maybe? Depends on if I could edit the picture to be larger resolution to make sure the blur is greatly reduced.

La verdad no sabia que esperar, pensé que quedaría malo o chueco, pero quedaron espectaculares, muy sorprendida es más estoy pidiendo más....Se demora en llegar pero vale la pena cada segundo no hay más palabras, le compre una a mi esposo y una a mi hijo con su avatar con el que juega y quedo encantado.Mi única recomendación seria que la opción de texto pudiera ser opcional para las personas que no quieren escribir nada y solo quieren la imagen. Compren este producto sin queja......

The media could not be loaded.  It is a good mousepad and like i said in my title just pick a good quality picture because I think that was my mistake. Other than that it seems like a good mousepad and i got it a week earlier than expected. This is for my boyfriend but once i get a gaming set up going I’m definitely going to be buying from them again!
