Worked Great
I only needed to replace the low side valve, and the tool worked perfectly for that. The tools seem well made. I did first lubricate the shaft with PAG oil. PLEASE NOTE, before you use, check the tool and tighten down the knurled nut behind the ball valve. Mine was loose out of the box.

Works great on Ford F53 V10 low pressure valve
Fixed our F53 engine AC. Wasn’t blowing cool at idle. Turns out the low pressure valve was leaking. R134a was low. Evidenced when I tried to charge it. Bought this little valve replacement tool on Amazon for $29. Replaced Schaefer valve now no leaks. Charged up. Works great. Watch a video. People complain the tongs don't grip the valve for extraction. It's not supposed to. Pressure pushes the valve out after you unscrew it. Unscrew at least 6 turns. Be careful. Be accurate. Works exactly as it should.

Neat idea, Doesn't work on my car though
I really liked this tool upon opening it. Nice case, high quality materials/manufacturing. They fit well over the AC high and low pressure ports. The problem I had is that the Ford Schrader valves on my car are too big to be used with this tool. The tool's ball valve only allows Schrader valves with about 7-8mm diameter to go through. On my Ford, the high pressure port valve is about 13mm in diameter, the low pressure port one is about 10mm in diameter. ...they just physically won't go through the ball valve.

It worked!
After over a month trying to figure out where the ac was leaking on my 97 Saturn SW2, I finally noticed a slight release of pressure when I removed the cap on my low pressure valve. Never had a leaky valve before, but then I'm not a professional mechanic. Ordered this kit, and when it came in, I used one of the included valves and replaced the leaky one in 3 minutes without loss of coolant. It's a brilliant, simple idea that just worked. I appreciated them including a small assortment of valves, that was very convenient. Been a few days and no sign of any leaks.

Manufacturing defect. Will not remove or install
The media could not be loaded. Both high and low pressure tools fail to hold the shrader valves to any degree and thus are unable to remove or install valves. The tool has a manufacturing defect whereby the gap between two small prongs (for lack of a better term) on the end of the installer rod that would normally 'grab' the schrader valve is too large to effectively hold the valve. This failure is immediately evident using the shrader valves that are included with the kit. Where is the quality assurance? It takes only a few seconds to see that the rod will not hold the valves. All other aspects of the tool are absolutely fantastic. It doesn't leak, it is very easy to use and the case keeps the tools organized and free from damage over the years. I was able to loosen and tighten the valve without losing any freon. However the Schrader valve was never able to pass through the shutoff valve and I was therefore unable to extract it. This is one of the few tools that I truly regret having to send back. Hopefully others will have a better experience.
