I was very skeptical about this as I have very curly hair and wanted a head massager that would not get tangled in my curls. Anyway, after much debating I decided to give it a go and ordered this one because I saw a review by Ken on the COMFIER Cordless Hair Scalp Massager-Saying ... Loud sounds coming from the product after several uses with a faint burning smell. The product came with a 2-year warranty card but was told by support that it was invalid (because it was sold by Amazon?). Repeated emails about the defects were not replied to.That information was all I needed to know to help me make my decision to buy this instead head massager instead of the other one.This product had only one negative that I saw which was that the charge is not long-lasting.This being said, I bought it, It arrived yesterday evening. I charged it and later tested it out and WOW!!!!This feels so good it's like little tiny fingers massaging your head. I absolutely love it! I tried it on my gurls and they loved how it felt too. I was able to put my toddler to sleep using this on her head :-)

The item came promptly. After charging it for 2 hours, I unplugged it, pushed the power button, nothing! I plugged in the cord again and it started flashing red- again. After a few hours, the same thing happened. The thing never turned on and never held a charge. Waste of money.

Battery does not last that long but given the value for money, this is a good product. Works as intended and helps massage the scalp after oiling. Durable and easy to use.
