Alphacool G1/4" Eiszapfen Series 2-Way Ball Valve, Deep Black

Does what is supposed to do. This ball valve is exactly what is pictured. It is a very nice size and looks amazing. When the ball valve is closed, it seals. When it is open, it lets the liquid run through. This valve does exactly what it is supposed to do with no issues what so ever. I wish i could be more detailed than that, but........it's a ball valve

Copper ball valve for water cooling on a PC. I added this to my build because I wanted an easy way to drain the loop.

I used this with a 45 angle fitting then this to make a drain. Very well made and it is pretty small which is nice

I used this solely as a drain valve. The fact it wasn't actually made by alpha cool wasn't a big deal. I had faith that if they wanted to put the name on on a product that it would be decent. This valve leaked when opening and closing from the turn handle. And before I ever used it it looked as if it had been used previously as one side of it was heavy worn missing the silver plating. I however needed a valve to drain my loop that day, so I used it and kept it. But didn't leave it in my system as a point to leak and neither should you. Its poor cheap quality for the price and leaks. I would never leave this on my system. But it worked fine for draining a loop if you dont mind coolant getting on your hand. Lol

Difficult to turn. It turns only 90 degrees and locks somehow - which maybe a preference for some. The most annoying part was that it leaked from the top occasionally.

It looked good but the one that was sent to me did not work. The Handle would turn but would not close.

Ich habe mich zum ablassen der Kühlflüssigkeit meines Wasserkühlungskreislaufes für dieses Kugelhahnventil entschieden und bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung. Es hält absolut dicht und sieht klasse aus. Die Verarbeitung kann sich sehen lassen (ist auch dementsprechend schwer für so ein kleines Teil). Trotzdem empfehle ich eine Verschlussschraube an das offene Ende anzubringen um die Komponenten bestgehend zu schützen.

Macht was es soll und ist absolut dicht.
