CATIGA 12 Digits Desktop Calculator with Large LCD Display, Dual Solar Power and Battery, Standard Function for Office, Home, School, CD-2786

I bought this for my elderly mother. It is perfect, not too big, not too small. Easily carried from table to desk, numbers are easy to read. I would purchase again if the need arose.

This calculator is a nice size, good buttons, works well. I like that it has a solar powered battery, though I do wish it had an off button so I could turn it off immediately when done instead of waiting for it to shut off by itself (that said, it is nice that it will shut off by itself eventually). Good value for the price. It is lightweight, but doesn't feel flimsy.

Numbers are large and clear and easily read. The answers are quick and accurate and dependable when tested. The case appears to be solid and there is no flex or other movement during use so the quality seems to be adequate for a long life. The colors are acceptable, and I use the black one while she uses the silver one. We look forward to using these units for a long time.

Works well, easy to see numbers

This is a nice size desk calculator that replaced an old one that started to get a fading screen. This is a simple, straight-forward calculator that I wanted just for day-to-day basic calculations. I had no need for anything more. I specifically wanted larger keys and a larger screen with a simple uncluttered keyboard where I don't have to scan for keys to do quick and basic calculations. Large buttons, an easy to read angled screen with a large display where I don't have to squint. But it's not ridiculously oversized and geriatric looking. I was also pleasantly surprised that it has rubber feet to keep it from sliding on my wooden desktop. I was preparing to go out and pick up my own stick-on rubber feet - but this has them. Solar-powered but also includes coin cell batteries. Feels solid. A nice little inexpensive calculator that fit my needs. I chose classic black but they offer an assortment of colors. Can't go wrong for the price.

Great deal for the price. I have one upstairs this one I keep in the kitchen. Easy to use, easy to read and fits nicely in your hand or on a desktop. The color is easy on the eyes and there in no stickiness. Functions well with a nice feel to it. The buttons are easy to hit the one you want without hitting another. Highly recommended!

Perfect size. A bit large, but it makes it easier to operate than others. Keys are large so they are easier to see and to use

Great calculator! Big keys which I like getting older. Looks great and love the blue color. Easy to use. Like the solar power and it turns on if too dark in room.

This is a review of the following item: "Desktop Calculator 12 Digit with Large LCD Display and Sensitive Button, Solar and Battery Dual Power, Standard Function for Office, Home, School, CD-2786 (Blue)" It's exceedingly rare that I upload a negative customer review for any product which I purchase on Amazon.ca. However, I felt "ethically" compelled to do so in this particular instance. This calculator was purchased for my own use in the (finance) company where I work. The cost was fully covered by my employer. After two months of regular daily use, calculator's performance remains acceptable. The (blue) calculator received from Amazon was a "Catiga Two-Power Calculator" Model CD-2786-12, which - of course - was manufactured in China. The Amazon delivery was notably swift. The calculator is as advertised (e.g., large tilted LCD display screen, large buttons, etc.) and seems to work properly and charges both quickly and efficiently using the small integrated solar cells. Though, it's certainly not a high-quality product - with a flimsy plastic housing and buttons. To my utter bewilderment, enclosed in the package upon arrival was a small invoice specifying a total dollar value of $9.99. Yet, as advertised on Amazon at the time, I was charged $36.81, plus tax. Let me be abundantly clear, this calculator is NOT worth the advertised price. If you search on the websites of other Canadian vendors, such as Staples, BestBuy, Walmart, etc., you will quickly discover better products at a FRACTION of the price charged by this seller on Amazon. Caveat emptor!
