This item is perfect. Very sturdy.

We've hooked everything to this, a swing, punching bag, lyra hoop, pulleys and harnesses, silks, and it works. It does only swing in one axis but sometimes we need that. Mounting was easy with a stud sensor. I am 220 LBS and it holds me very well due to the 4 huge bolts. It mounted flush against the ceiling. It looks strong and is strong. I did have to WD-40 the shackle pin so it couldn't be heard on the floor above. I want to replace the 2 bolt mount in another room with this strong 4 bolt unit.

Well made, heavy duty, good looking and pleasing to set up. Used to lift a 140 pound TV monitor with a block and tackle attached. Perfect for the purpose.

I grabbed the heavy duty swing hangers because my old hooks were starting to squeak and wobble every time someone sat on the porch swing. I wanted something sturdy that wouldnt shake or feel sketchy, and these hangers ended up being way better than what I had before. After installing them, the whole swing feels smoother and way more stable. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was how solid the metal feels. Not flimsy or thin like some of the cheaper ones Ive tried in the past. The one piece base design makes a big difference. Theres no weird joints or loose parts that rattle around. Everything feels tight and strong right out of the box. Installation was pretty simple. I used a couple lag screws and mounted them into a solid beam on my porch ceiling. The holes lined up clean and the base sat flat without rocking. Took me maybe fifteen minutes and that was with me double checking everything because I didnt want to mess it up. Once they were up, the swing clipped right in and felt secure right away. The movement is super smooth. The bearings glide without any grinding or squeaking. I sat on the swing and gave it a good push and it felt like floating. No jerky motion, no metal rubbing sounds. Even when two people sit on it, the hangers dont flex or creak. They just hold steady. One thing I really liked is how quiet they are. My old hangers made this annoying squeal every time the swing moved, and it drove me nuts. These ones are silent. You just hear the breeze and the swing moving, nothing else. Makes the porch feel way more relaxing. The weight capacity feels legit too. I tested it with a couple heavier friends and the hangers didnt budge. No bending, no shifting. The base plate stays flat and the bolts stay tight. I checked them after a week just to be safe and everything was still solid. The finish looks nice too. Smooth metal, no sharp edges, no weird paint drips. It looks clean and kinda professional once installed. Even my neighbor asked where I got them because the swing looked way more stable than before. I also like that they dont twist around. Some hangers let the swing spin or drift sideways, but these keep it centered. Makes it easier to sit down without the swing sliding away from you.

Very sturdy. Unfortunately did not come with the mounting hardware advertised. I fortunately had some spare lag screws around which did the trick so far. We'll see how they hold up when I start doing rope climbs.

Sturdy as hell. I use these for gymnastics rings and I am like 350lb. Not a peep from the rings. I'm impressed. Obviously make sure you're firmly in the joist. decent price from what I can tell.
