Worked really well!
Used with my Kobalt drill/driver and put 6 holes through cinder block in just a couple of minutes. Make sure you drill/driver has the hammer featuer.

Mostly good but QA/QC could be improved.
Some of the bits are not centered properly.8 of 10 appear fine and the one I used works well.But 2 of the bit tips were offset from center by 2mm.It's not good for a 3mm bit to create a 7mm hole.
