The first Zinc supplement that does not make me feel sick!
I researched all the different types of Zinc and have taken most types. Zinc Sulphate is supposed to be the best but I suffer from nausea when I take it (with or without food) I have settled on this product because it suits me and is not full of fillers. Zinc Picolinate is well tolerated and absorbs well. Even though the RDA (recommended daily amount) is 15mg, RDA basically means minimal level needed. So, I have found 30mg to be the ideal dose, especially because it's so important and supportive of the immune system. Very happy!

After much research into zinc supplements the strength and type this is what was purchased. After a while of use it certainly seems to be well worth trying for mens healthcare and another three packs just purchased without hesitation.

Not very potent
I bought these due to the good reviews but caught several colds whilst taking these so they weren't that effective. Also as a man you can gauge your zinc levels in certain ways which I cant describe in this review!
