Definitely serves the purpose and is a wipeable service which is good, however if you have had your banana rolls (back thighs) liposuctioned to retrieve fat for your BBL, I do not recommend this toilet pillow. It is VERY hard with no padding so it is fairly painful to rest the back thigh on if you have had that part lipoed. If your fat was retrieved from other areas of your body (upper arms, lipo 360 or outer thighs) this pillow would work perfectly.

This thing sits too high. Save your money and roll up a big towel to place under your thighs. This sits way too high for you to safely utilize.

It works for keeping your butt off the toilet, it takes a little getting used to for balance and position. It’s rock hard firm, but once you discover a position that works it’s not bad. It gets messy if you don’t position just right and it’s foam so it doesn’t necessarily soak into the riser but I feel like it still is a little unsanitary. I wipe mine down with skin safe antibacterial wipes or use a small amount of mild soap to clean after use. Just would have been better if it was a more easy clean fluid repelling material.
