I purchased this kettle on 1st Aug'24.Good things:-Warms quicklyPlastic quality is also fine.Very very good Customer support from AGARO and warranty claim (my original kettle stopped heating after 6 months of use, customer care verified this claim after I sent them a video of kettle not heating. They accepted the warranty and they replaced my original kettle with a brand new one.Okish things:-My original kettle got mineral/salt stuck on its base due to regular use (context:-my house gets boring water) and customer care asked me to use normal water in the new kettle they gave me.I have not used other brand kettle in this price range (500-600) so cannot say that they use better metal at the bottom of kettle which does not accumulate this mineral/salt. My guess would be that they all use similar quality material so cannot complain on this parameter.Overall I really liked the customer support that this company is offering. For the kettle, I would say that I won't be able to use it for long term because of the water in my house. Next time, i might buy a kettle of higher price range (preferably this brand because of the customer support they give)

Update: A few months in, I faced an issue with the kettle not working and reported it to Agaro. My case was handled by Upasana from their support team, and she ensured a seamless RMA process, following up consistently until I had the replacement in my hands. I received the new kettle within days. Very impressed with the service.The Agaro Sonnet is an excellent, no-nonsense kettle. It works flawlessly, boils water quickly, and doesn’t require a 16A power plug. I also appreciate that the lid has a steel lining on the inside, so there’s no plastic smell when the water boils.

Kettle is not getting heated.water is not getting boiled even after keeping it for more than the mentioned time.packaging was not good.

The product at it's best. Service is too good & up-to-mark. Kettle is very easy for cleaning in side compared to other kettles with smaller mouth. Highly recommended.

Good for family of 4. Fast heatingGiving 4 star due to burnt wire smell started coming from kettle during boiling water after 6 month normal usage.Agaro customer support were prompt in helping troubleshoot and fix the issue.
