Is the tip retractable?

The lead is retractable, not the tip of the pencil.

What is the diameter of this pencil?

About 5/32" in diameter not including the clip. Clip extends about 1/8" out from the body of the pencil and is about 1-1/4" long. Pencil itself is about 4-3/8" long.

How do you refill the lead?

Pull off the cap, pull off the eraser, drop in some lead!

Are there eraser refills for this pencil?

I don't recommend this pencil. It broke and fell apart shortly after I purchased it, and the seller refused to provide any solution. I've used quite a few pencils of similar kind, and this particular one is of worst quality.
