BLOWN AWAY!!! Bought this for my Son-In-Law whose a big barbacue guy and he absolutely loves this knife!!! He says its heavy which say's its not thin cheap garbage! The handle is really nice!!! First time we cut with it we were blown away! Its so sharp it feels like a razor blade! Cuts though pretty much anything like its butter! I'm gonna guy one for myself! Bravo!!! GREAT KNIFE!

It could have a better handle shape but sturdy, has some mass.
I will start with the most disliked detail on this chopper, The shape of the handle. It really did not give me a real secure grip/fit into the hand and my fingers felt like they were being bunched up. Overall, I like the knife and will more and likely buy another for my sister in law as an extra xmas gift this year. It has some mass to the blade and with how it is shaped, helps it with what it does. It has a rather good edge, I used it to cut potatoes and onions as well as chicken in its trial run. It did good. Mine has a semi thick blade to it not quite .250 but a little thinner, the blade itself has some final hand fitting done to it which may be intentional but overall it feels like a good blade.

Great for butchering chicken.
I like how sharp it is. It cuts through chicken bones. I've used it for well over a month no and it's still sharp. Also, I like the sheath. 5 stars so far... :)
