Perfect for rainy weather
I bought this rainsuit for my grandson, and it’s absolutely perfect for those rainy fall days! It’s lightweight enough for easy movement yet keeps him nice and dry when the rain starts to fall. The zippers are heavy-duty and make getting in and out of so easy. The hood fits, as well. I bought the 18-month size, and it fits him yet has enough room for growth. It's a little long in the sleeves for him right now. The brand has several colors from which to select, and I think the blue looks great. No more delaying outside play time—now he can head outside and have fun. And really, what’s more fun for a kid than a good puddle-stomping session? This is one of those purchases you won't regret: great quality, great value, and worth every penny.

Amazing little suit!!
This is an absolutely amazing little suit! Is it completely and utterly waterproof? No, but that’s basically because our little man likes to really put clothes through its paces! He was near dry after hours in the icy water of the Pacific and perfectly warm and comfortable. Sleeves and pant legs do wick some water in “extreme” use like our guy does. As you can see he did submerge himself a bit haha but as far as puddle stomping, rolling in wet leaves, playing in the surf, crossing streams, heavy rain, wet sand etc this is an active child’s delight! The zips were great even when gummed up with sand. There is lots of room in it for warm coats or snow pants. (It is just a shell zero thermal) After the beach or mud we just hose him down and hang to dry over a floor vent and it’s dry in an hour. We have the bigger size to let him grow into it and I put a big hair tie around his boot tops to hold up the extra fabric this works WAY better than rolling the legs up as they collect water like water balloons. Get one and let the fun begin!!! Absolutely worth the price!

BEST baby rain/mud suit I've found- really waterproof! Wide but not oversized.
This suit is very nearly my IDEAL outer layer for our wild 23-lb 10-month-old for fall and spring (and possibly winter too!). Before I even came across this item, I was envisioning a system with a warm inner layer, like a full-body sweater suit, covered with a waterproof outer suit, and I think this is IT! He's been wearing it with his tiny little rain boots every day since it arrived, not because it's rained every day, but the ground and everything is wet and muddy, and this totally protects him. We have a farm, and he loves playing in the greenhouse while I'm working in there-- he ends up COVERED in mud and water on the outside, but when we take the suit off, the only wet/cold/dirty parts are his hands, and that's just because he refuses to leave gloves on. If this suit could be improved, I'd say make the arms a smidge longer and include attached mitts, for people like him. Unlike other reviewers, I did NOT find it to run large-- he is solidly in 12-mo size for everything else, and the 12-mo fit him a little too perfectly (shoulder-crotch length was comfortable but snug, despite enormous girth of suit), so we ended up getting him the 18-mo size, and that gives him room to grow a little and wear snow pants if necessary. I'm unclear on the rationale behind the comically huge amount of girth in the torso part of this thing-- he looks like a sumo wrestler, and there is room for two babies inside it, even in winter coats, but the excess fabric so far doesn't get in the way at all, just looks funny! Zippers are super easy to use (thank god for no snaps or buttons!), and the HOOD is great over a warm winter hat- the visor really does protect his face from rain. Overall, we recommend this for ANYONE who plays outside in wet/muddy conditions, and I imagine we'll order the next size up next year- love it!!!

Buy it! 100% waterproof and comfortable!
For size reference, my daughter is about 30 lbs and 34 inches and 19 months old. We got 3T, and although it’s big it’s not too big and she has plenty of room to grow in it. As she outgrows it we will definitely buy more of these. When she runs around in it, she looks like a marshmallow that has escaped. Cute and funny! What I like about this is that it indeed is 100% waterproof. Since I received it on a day it was sunny in Washington I decided to run it under the sink (if it wasn’t waterproof as it claimed I would’ve returned it) and not once did water come through. I stuck a piece of paper towels inside one of the arms so that if I didn’t feel it on my hands coming through I could at least see it on the paper towels. I’m amazed that it is indeed waterproof. Another thing I like is that it comes with extra protective padding up by the neck. That will be super convenient when it is pouring down rain here and all she wants to do is go outside and play. The zipper also appears to be of great quality. Not flimsy at all. One thing I did find surprising was the hat part. My daughter actually kept it on, and did not once try to take it off. Thumbs up for that. The fact that it comes with a bag to carry it in makes it easy to pop in the diaper bag for when we’re out and about in case it starts raining all of a sudden. All in all, this I was a great purchase and I will definitely buy again. I plan on updating my review once we’ve tested it out outside in the rain.

Best Rain Suit for Toddlers – Keeps My Little One Dry and Happy!
I’m thrilled with how well it performs! As any parent knows, keeping a toddler dry in the rain is no easy feat, but this suit has exceeded my expectations in every way. I love how easy it is to get my toddler into the suit which is a huge bonus when you're wrangling a squirmy toddler. Runs a little large but is thin so plenty of room for layering, my little one seems comfortable, stays dry, sans it goes on with little fight.

Seems large to me?
Got an 18 month size for my 11 month old to grow into. It seemed rather large though for an almost two year old child. We kept it because we figure it will fit him one day. Seems nice and light and the knee protection seems sturdy. The bright yellow is fun and perfect to cheer up a rainy day!

A must for all young kids. Highly Recommend
First off there is a few really awsome things I have found as a parent. This is right up there with the washable bibb with catch pocket. A customer came in to my store and I saw his kid wearing one of these. It was so wet outside and being a regular customer I asked about it . After seeing how cut kids are in these and how dry they stay i knew I had to have one. Plus the yellow sticks out a bit so i5s easy to see. These are awsome get one the size runns a bit baggy but that's good so you can have room for warm clothes underneath. Works well for boy or girl.

Perfect rain suit!
Love this! Nice camo design, long enough in the arms and legs for my tall toddler. It is a bit bulky but that ended up being a plus because it fits over all types of layers. My son is even learning how to zip it himself.
