It's a shame that this product appears to be marketed only to men, because I would highly recommend this to any woman I know. Especially so if that woman is getting to the age of saggy arms and wrinkly skin. I have been using this for less than 2 weeks, and my biceps and shoulders have popped very nicely thank you. I am an avid rower, so my arms were not in terrible shape, but I did have the flab regardless of my existing exercise routine, which did include weights for my biceps.A bonus I wasn't expecting is that the menopausal skin on my arms is getting stronger too, and the texture is improving every few days. I think we can put that down to the extra blood flow, whether it will be permanent or not remains to be seen.This piece of equipment is highly portable, simple to use, there is no set up, you can use it right out of the packaging, and with daily use you will notice a difference. For reference, I am 105lbs and 4'11, you don't have to be big or strong to use this because you can set the resistance to what is comfortable.

This is a good stop gap product, but it definitely overbills the resistance. I would say on the highest setting maybe 100lbs. That said, it is a good piece of equipment when you cant get to the gym or when you just want to change up your routine a little. I like to use it to do high reps to target my chest. You will definitely feel but it will take a while. For the price its not a bad supplement to a home gym.

We saw this item floating around on socials, grabbed a deal on an open box item and have started to use AM and PM. Do NOT expect immediate results, however feel that over time may be a good conditioning tool to bridge gaps between cardio and lifting days. Item is very well made and we especially like the fact you can adjust the tension. Please believe the tension is real and anything past 6 is just too much…for now! Delivery was swift and efficient. Item arrived as described with little to no use prior, box was pancaked but contents were NOT effected. Highly recommend for those wanting to add to daily fitness routine.

This kicks ass,, really works

Got six months and two weeks of use out of it before it started leaking a clear hydraulic oil from the dial that adjusts the pressure. Worked really well until today. Great idea, but need something more dependable. The only other problem I observed is that some of the nuts were a bit loose and continued to loosen over time, but that was easily fixed.
