This works extremely well! I have what is diagnosed as a hydro cell, so if you have that and need some support- get this.

This the third support I have bought. Size is completely off. I can't even tell you where to start to figure it out. It also doesn't fit properly on the underside. I had to remove it after a few hours because it was cutting into me and there was no way to loosen the pouch. The best I have found is the Champion Hernia Belt, Single or Double Bilateral Herniation Pad, Adjustable. It is cheaper also.

Works OK but it's still not perfect. Support takes a bit getting used to but does work pretty well. Mine were pretty large so this thing did quite help out a bit. Your package just tucks into the pouch on this thing so you'll need to adjust pretty often. Sorta comfortable but still find myself adjusting myself quite a bit.

I gave this product 4 stars because there's not much material to it, so it does seem excessively priced. Wearing it under my underwear, I can now sit and walk around without experiencing pain. The belts only worked until my hernia moved down and turned into a scrotal hernia. I read the Sizes in the description, went with the Softball size and it seems to be accurate. I recommend this to any man with a scrotal hernia.

The Teste Nesty is a must have when this kind of care is needed. It's lightweight, comfortable, and easy to clean. I would go 1 size up from what you think you need just for added comfort and/or if you need to put items like gauze in there.

I need to wait to get my hernia operation. noticed that without support it swelled and hurt. didnt want a jock strap with the extra strings going around the ass cheeks. this just holds up the eggs and sausage to take the weight off. no more pain. wonderful

I purchased this scrotal support for post Orchiectomy recovery (Testicular Cancer). It has worked great, and I find it very comfortable. The fabric is high quality, soft and the strap stays in place. When purchasing for post operative support, be advised that the inguinal incision most likely will be located under the side strap and it may cause minor discomfort. I used a light gauze in the area to relieve the direct pressure on the incision. Another consideration is size. After the removal of a testicle there will be some inflammation that will gradually decrease. For proper support, if you used to be "baseball size" a smaller size may give better support. Take your time to do the research and selection, once the package is opened it cannot be returned due to sanitary concerns. I normally don't leave product reviews, but this one deserves some kudos. I hope other patients can benefit from my review, best of luck with your recovery.
