This product does accomplish what it is made for. The points on the product is a soft firm but gentle enough to use on the head. It is easy to handle and grip when dry or wet. The size is the average size of these head massagers. I have dropped it like 4x in the shower but still has held on tight, no dents or scraps or anything negative.

I don't know if it's supposed to massage your scalp but it does not. Or maybe I'm not use to it. That's the reason for the missing star. But it does provide a good lather and is great for me to use.
