Is the only difference between this wow version and the original cranium just the markers? or am i missing something?

Is the game appropriate for ages 12- 13 year olds?

Does itwork with booster boxes 1 and 2 and the new york booster pack and cranium turbo edition party pack?

Is this the U.S. version?
