After a routine blood test two months ago, my TSH level came back at 5.80. Per the documents received, normal range is stated at .40-4.50. The doctor told me that I would be put on thyroid medication if my level did not lower after a secondary and more thorough blood test. Rather than being put on yet more medication, I turned to this product after reading favorable reviews. I took one (1) capsule daily for 30 days (directions say to take two daily) and my TSH level came back at 4.52. Still high, but the numbers did drop. I will continue to monitor, as my next blood test is in 2 months. Update: Still taking one capsule daily. TSH level now even lower at 3.25. Upgrading rating from 4 to 5 stars. Update (05/16/18): Still taking (only) one capsule daily. Blood test from last week reveals TSH level at 2.46. Update (02/26/21): Still taking (only) one capsule daily. Most recent blood test from last week has my TSH level at 2.03. I can honestly say I do not feel any different taking this product, but the results from the blood work show consistently lower numbers for me. Update (03/19/22): As a cost-savings measure I cut back my dosage to 1 pill every 3 days. Recent routine bloodwork showed TSH level at 2.35. While level rose from 2021, it was minimal. Normal range is still .40-4.50 so this product continues to work for me.

I think it helps because I am taking a lower dose of levothyroxine and still maintaining my energy.

Helps with fatigue and brain fog.
