Analog Cases GLIDE Case For The 1010music Blackbox/Bluebox

I’ve owned several Analog Cases and every one just ups in quality. This thing holds my precious sampler so wel in such a small case, it’s eminently backpackable with and iPad and a portable speaker (I prefer Minirig)I feel like I could probably chuck this thing across the room and it’d be fine. What a rugged case

A little on the expensive side, but excellent fit & protection and room for a few accessories

I bought this expecting the awesomeness that was the Analog Case for my Elektron Digitone. My glowing praise stops suddenly there.The Digitone/Takt case, had enough room for the PSU, a pair of audio cables, a midi cable, and the MIDI-dins for my 1010 Blackbox. I was thinking that this case would have *everything* necessary in order to enjoy the BB alone, but alas, it does not. It IS enough to hold two DIN cables, a PSU, and your choice between a single stereo 6" 3.5mm->1/4" cable OR a USB power cable. You can REALLY REALLY squeeze both into the case, but it isn't cozy. If Analog Cases had chosen to give you a little bit more width to accomodate the USB PSU as well as the cable, it would be perfect. As-is though, it's too crammed and I'm worried that if I stored it stuffed like this that it'll weaken the zipper fabric.There are workarounds for this of course--it's not likely you'd just have this in your pocket! Though with 90s style cargo pants you actually COULD. It's more likely that you'd have this in a backpack where some of the cabling could be stowed in other pockets.The build quality is absolutely superb here and it allows the BB to snug into various pockets or crevasses that it couldn't originally get into. But they missed an opportunity for a home run here.
