Nice small tablets easy to swollow . Has all the usual B vits all in one tablet. Has a strong yeasty smell, which is what you'd expect from B vits. 365 tablets at one a day, so a years worth. It's an individual subject if they work how you want them to,but if you need B vit supplement then these are easy to take and good value.

I bought it for my husband, who has brain fogs, and was advised to take some vitamins and minerals to strengthen his mental condition. He said he feels better. I tried it too and I felt better too, although it is difficult to break down what exactly felt better, but I feel fresher and more energetic, and more clear in my mental activities (unless it is the known effect called placebo? maybe, maybe not, I need more time to test what happens). It was delivered just a few weeks ago, so not a lot of time to test properly. Why did you choose this product over others?:I read the information about the ingredients, and took the medical advice about what is needed for brain fog. If the information is true (as some suppliers do not reveal too much, or simply do not stick to the promises) so if this information is true, then let's see what about their promises, let's see.

These tablets have really helped to change my life. Just 1 tablet a day gives me more of a spark and more energy to do every day tasks. Tablets are small in size and easy to swallow with or without a drink. They have next to no taste and really make a difference to my mood and energy levels.

Mini coated tablets, easy to swallow. I have only have a few tablets so too early to say whether these will remain in the body long enough to reduce my issues of fatigue etc. Vit B is water soluble and I don't know if 1 tab a day is the way to go. I used to get Vit B Complex Strong from the doctor and took 3 a day. Such prescriptions are not available these days. I decided to try these as we all need Vit B. If they do their job they will be a lifesaver. I'll come back in a few months.Anyone can swallow these tasteless little tablets. I'm sure that they have a coating though cannot see any reference to them. One years supply.I chose this as they do not have D³ included, nor K²MK, which I take separately. They have a small dose of Vit C, supposedly to aid adsorption. Perhaps Zinc is missing? I was not a supplement fan but feel that now I should try QUALITY products. Cheap supermarket tablets are useless.Edit: You take one, stick it in your mouth and immediately swallow with a cold drink. I don't have and smell or taste problems nor have I noticed anything turning yellow. I don't remember seeing and added artifical colorant. Maybe some users need to see a doctor. Most tablets are vile if you keep them in your mouth!
