Brainwright GeoBrix, Solve Build Create Puzzle 13 Colorful Shapes, 5"

My sons behavioral specialist first introduced this to my 10 year old to help him calm down when irritated. It kept him busy and his brain working for a long time. My 5 year old son then tried these and loved it. When she would come over to work with my older son she would let the younger one play. He can complete all the puzzles in the book and loves to work on these. They are great for when I need him to entertain himself for a while.

I think this will be a fun gift, however, I'm very disappointed that I paid 25% more on Amazon than at Barnes and Noble. Amazon has always been my go-to store, trusting their prices were lower. Lesson learned. In the future I'll use Amex with price protection instead of the Amazon card, which has lowered its rewards from 5% to 3% without notice. Other than that, the GeoBrix are colorful and a quality-looking gift.

This is a fun, colorful puzzle that kept a bright child busy and quiet for a long while. The quality is excellent and it's the perfect size to pack for a road trip.

Excellent puzzle for my husband who had a stroke. He loves it. I hope this puzzle helps improve his cognitive skills. Small enough to take any where. Even I enjoy working on it and I'm not a puzzle person. Well made. Colors help a lot for people who are having difficulties with their eyesight. Great for adults or children.

We added this to our school’s new MakerSpace. We wanted activities that promoted critical thinking skills and logic. This is a great game for that and I love that all ages can use it.

We're on an 18-day cross country road trip, traveling as a family. I got this puzzle for long waits in restaurants, etc.The children aren't very interested in the puzzle. (Ages: Teens and under)There is no challenge, since the answers are all provided.I like that the puzzle is well produced and the pieces are high quality and durable.For a more fun way to pass waiting time, try travel tangrams or story cubes or doodle dice. All three are winners.

Fun but could be better....

GeoBrix is a high quality product...precision molded pieces...perfect sized pieces for both children and adults . Excellent for travel. GeoBrix is another outstanding puzzle from Brainwright...GeoBrix is a brilliant spatial logic puzzle to provide hours (and years) of "critical thinking" entertainment.
