Delish!
Delish! The mix was pretty easy to make. These lemon bars / squares came out so well. They are very good. I dont believe there are that many calories!

So close to home made!
I searched long and hard for the perfect lemon bar recipe and finally found it passed down from my friend's great great grandmother. They're delicious and worth the time. Or, they used to be. The Krusteaz Meyer Lemon Bar Mix takes half the time, is simpler to prepare, and is ALMOST as good as the home made version. Once I added a little fresh lemon to the mix I almost threw out the other recipe. These are so good. I'm a fan!

As good as bakery ones with a small tweak
These taste absolutely amazing! They’re so good. Undercooked the crust by a few minutes, make the filling as instructions say, but before you put them in the oven, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top of them. They’re really good. The first time I made them, I made them as described, but the crust was too hard. It taste good, but it’s doesn’t have as good of a mouth feel with it being so hard. But if you undercook it by a few minutes, then it’s absolutely perfect and the crust is soft and flaky. So to recap: undercooked crust, filling as the instructions say, powdered trigger on top of the filling before it goes on the oven.

Very tasty
Had this at an Easter dinner for dessert. It was delicious. Wasn’t sure if I could find it in the stores around me so I ordered it on Amazon and the price was very comparable to this price I eventually found in a store. It takes two packages to make a 9 x 13 pan and thought this would be great for a church potluck. Great taste great value for the money.

Very easy to make, has natural lemon flavor, maybe a little to strong fo some, but I would order again!

BE MINDFUL THIS IS NOT THE SAME SIZED BOX FOUND IN COSTCO. SO YOU ARE PAYING TWICE AS MUCH MONEY FOR JUST ONE PORTION THAT FITS AN 8 X 8 INCH PAN.
