Najjar coffee
Very good coffee, I tried it based off of a recommendation, and I didn't regret it.Not overly strong, but still a decent level of caffeine.I purchased the small bag to try out, and I'm sure I'll be reordering the larger bag once we run out.Our bag was well sealed and fresh. Two thumbs up. Resembles Balkan coffee
It’s so hard to find coffee that truly resembles the rich, authentic taste of Balkan coffee, but Najar Coffee does just that. The aroma, the flavor, and the smooth finish remind me of home. It brews beautifully and gives that same bold yet comforting experience I’ve been searching for. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves a deep, traditional cup of coffee!

This coffee could be cheaper, but it's the only kind I buy.
It's really rich. Boil 2-3 cups of water, add 6 small spoonfuls. Stir and set aside for a few minutes for the grounds to sink to the bottom. I'm not Middle Eastern but was introduced to this coffee years ago and I've never stopped drinking it.

Mediocre “Turkish” coffee
I rekindled my love for “Turkish” coffee after a recent trip there, although I’d had a fair amount 20 years ago too. I’ve kind of become obsessed with perfecting the coffee characteristics, sugar amount and type, equipment (use a traditional, heavy copper cezve with tin lining), temperature, etc.Out of all the coffees I’ve tried here on Amazon, this product is mediocre. The beans are probably under-roasted? and not the best, in my opinion, the taste (aside from the cardamom) is insipid and bland, and very importantly, the foam formation is poor. The results of my “research”:): Try the stuff in the brown and tan can that’s made in Turkey, with initials M E. That’s the real stuff. Add cardamom if you want. A certain Israeli company has pretty good stuff too. I don’t care for the Greek or Armenian variants available here either. Sorry:)
