Quality Life Jacket
I haven't had to use the jacket yet, but I'm sure it will perform. It is well made, easy to put on. I like the way the part around the neck holds your head up, so you won't breathe in water. Also, the straps secure the vest so it will stay on even in rough water. And, of course, the bright color makes the wearer highly visible to rescue people. I purchased this in case of a natural disaster involving water.

Best Life Jacket for Remote Areas
Great and convenient life jackets to use. We use them in the Yukon River in rural Alaska. Not nearly as bulky as other Type I life jackets.

Store easily.
These are not the most comfortable nor the best but store easily on the boat and certainly an improvement over the cheap stuff.

Great type 1 life jackets which are required by the coast guard for charter boats. Only downside is that they are not comfortable and the neck opening is pretty small. They do work well and I don’t have a choice but to have these.

What we needed in the ocean
These are great. I have a much nicer more expensive one for my small guy. This would have worked perfectly.

Does the job
Safety First these work great! As for Comfort all collar style jackets can be restrictive and rub the neck raw. They need a softer nylon least around the neck.
