Best pan for eggs! I love this product so much. It makes cooking sunny side or fried eggs so easy. You just cook one side and then flip the pan over! This was so much easier than trying to flip it with a turn spatula. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The pan can fit about 3 large eggs. Do not try to cook egg whites in there and flip it—that was a bad idea as the whites leaked out and spilled all over the stove top.

I've used gotham pans for probably 10 years now but this is the first one of these that i've had.and it works really well, i've only used it for pancakes but it makes them perfect every time.you just have to make sure it's actually cooked before trying to turn it over, otherwise it will just drip on the bottom part and just mess up the pancake. I usually just use a fork to peek at it.

A friend bought this item and I immediately knew I had to get it, ilI had it delivered to my sister house because I was traveling and I told her to try it. She loved it so much that I had to let her keep it and will be ordering another for myself.

I so glad I bought this, it made make pancake a breeze. Easy to clean and my pancake flip without sticking if you spray it ,do it very lighty. I just have watch the heat not to mess up skillet. lightly. When Sister saw my pancake she now want one.

Its a cute pan. Made A pancake and it stuck a little but still flipped. Not too bad. Washed pan and made a fried egg. Flipped not a problem, made another fried egg immediately after and it stuck, ruined my egg and it burnt. So i think i have to cook egg, wash, cook egg. Was and repeat. Use a regular pan if you are making more than 1 egg or pancake. Good if you only make 1 item and then your done.

The residues are easily removed since it almost doesnt stick and the pancakes or omelets end uniformely cooked and shaped.

This is a great quality pan, I used to like the green ones, you know them, but their current product is very disappointing. This bbn pan is exactly what I was expecting, was 1/3 cheaper and is such a higher quality.Now I'm a fan of this companies product line.
