I did a ton of research for a proper B complex that I like with the %/formulations I wanted. This is a well balanced B-comp with no stuff in it that shouldnt be there and a good DV% of the B vitamins. I also liked the way it works. I am giving it 5 stars for that reason BUT BEWARE... I bought these B complex in March. It is now September. Out of seemingly nowhere they have a bunch of black spots (MOLD) inside them and smell absolutely RANCID. I almost threw up after sniffing the bottle. Can't get the smell out of my nose/brain an hour later. I assume we must have let it get too hot in the pantry/house here in the fall when switching between ac and heat for overnight and then forgetting to switch it back to AC during the next hot day. *KEEP these from getting over 75 degrees!!! If you see black spots on the yellow powder THROW them away and DO NOT SNIFF!!! I am about to puke just thinking about it. I had another bottle of older (diff brand) B complex in there and they rotted too so I cant blame this brand. EDIT: I ordered new ones and they arrived fine. Still have a slightly weird smell but not rancid like when they molded. Keep them cool and close tightly.

It was a B complex. Since discovered a specific type of B to target, but even so it had a noticeable impact after 2 or 3 days.
