The grain size is long and it is aromatic too (though you can't expect the aroma to be like a perfume spray). Grains are thinner and long and moreover the grains don't stick to each other like non-basmati rice. This rice is superior to the other celebrity endorsed rice brands.Basmati rice has very low or nearly zero fat in it and is high in carbs. If you are watching your weight then this or any genuine basmati rice can be good. The only caveat is that you may want to avoid eating any rice night (post 7pm) as it is high in carbs.Enjoy eating. I tried many basmati rises but this one is delicious and quality is also good but seller should send in good packaging not directly in item pakage like i received bcz there is chances pakage may be damage in shipping

Quality not like as we aspects. Totally broken rice. This is not good product in this price.

Good quality rice with good flavour and long grains, but they have raised the price by almost 50% in two years, which is an unacceptable price increase.

First of all, for those who don't know, and are providing negative reviews just because the rice is broken rice, please be informed before purchasing and do some research.Dubar means 2 tukda (pieces), and tibar means 3 tukda (pieces). This Means Dubar rice is a rice grain broken into 2 pieces. Do it doesn't mean that the rice is bad. There is a section of people who prefer to eat small grain rice than long grain rice always. This is for daily consumption, unlike long grain basmati, again, for a section of people.The grains are aromatic, but not so aromatic when cooked. It should be soaked for at least 30 minutes before cooking if cooked in the pressure cooker so that it doesn't end up being wet sticky rice. When cooked properly, it tastes great and you can always use ghee for aroma.So go ahead and order if you can eat and appreciate small grain rice :)
