Great cards for people with sight difficulty
Bought these for my grandmother and some of her friends at the retirement home that have a hard time seeing. They loved the color coding and the big number. No complaints

Despite some issues, the cards worked well for our purpose with legally blind fathers
We successfully played a 6-person card game with our 2 legally blind fathers. So they worked fairly well for our purpose, but with a couple of disclaimers and comments:We were playing a card game where suits didn't matter, and all the cards were on the table, not held in your hand. They had trouble distinguishing the Ace from the 4, since there is really not a lot of difference when you can't see well- note my photoThe blue and green colors on the 2 decks are NOT the same! Note in my photo how the blues are 2 different shades. The green from the red deck is more of an aqua, whereas the green from the blue deck is more true green. If you are playing a game with 2 decks where suits matter, that could be somewhat confusing, especially for low vision players with macular degeneration and especially with color blindness like my father..I personally am not impressed with the font used. It is nice and thick, which is good, but a lot of the letters/numbers lack clear definition, especially the J for Jack. The J barely curves, looking almost like a 1. Fortunately there isn't a 1 in playing cards. And again, the Ace and 4 look very similar. When I bought this decks I didn't even realize there would be 4 colors since the photo makes it look like there is just the standard red and black. I would have had to look closely to see the little card diagram in the corner where you can see there is color if you zoom in. This is another reason I am attaching a photo. All in all, they are good, sturdy cards and once you get used to the style of the font our visually impaired fathers could use them, with the exception that they almost always had to ask if a card was a 4 or an ace. I'm not sure if they could have done well playing a standard card game with suits, especially with the red deck that has the aqua shade instead of green. But they will be used, since their favorite game doesn't require discerning the suits.

Lo Vision cards
We like them very much and use them almost daily. Consequently we’ve reordered several times. We use a card shuffler and after 6 to 8 weeks of almost daily use of 1 to 2 hours, the shuffler begins to jam. Breaking out a new deck eliminates the jamming problem.I highly recommend them. We tried some large cards but determined that increased size is more for hand/finger dexterity limitations rather than visual ones. We put the large ones away in case we need them later, as at our age, we never know what’s going to fall apart next. :)

Finally! A deck I can see that aren’t the size of book sheets!
These cards are standards size (in shape) but have extra large print as well and standard size in one corner. This makes playing with my better-sighted friends much better than any other deck I’ve found! The colours are a bit confusing, but that’s quick to get over - these cards feel classy and make me want to socialize with my friends without feeling like an outsider or having to hold awkward sized cards.
