This product is a quality made cast iron pot that fits perfectly in my smoker/grill. Making clean up easy.

This ashcan saves me a ton of time when it comes to cleaning my grill for a new cook. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in being able to clean a grill without just scraping ashes and other remnants from previous cooks out.

A must have for your grill. Works perfectly, fit perfectly and it wasn’t too heavy. Well worth the money to make your life easier. Don’t know why I didn’t order this sooner.

Great idea for ease of clean up. Fit perfect in large Green Egg. The fire grate fit like a glove. The only reason I, myself, didn’t give 5 stars is for a personal reason only. I use an ash basket and even with the handle removed the basket will not sit flat and allows rocking unless propped against wall of egg. This is due to where the handle attaches. It is minimal with handle removed and is still very usable but just not a perfect fit. I’m sure there is a way to reconfirm the outside rim in order to attach handle in a different way where an ash basket will fit flush. Do this and it would be more than 5 stars! Overall I am still very pleased and would definitely recommend to others with a large green egg, especially those that do not use an ash basket.

good item for the egg grill, been using it for a long time and is holding up well

I have a large BGE and recently picked up a Kick Ash Basket. It was working great and really does help simplify using the BGE. Cleaning out the ash on the bottom though was still a bit of a chore. I then came across this Kick Ash Can, which promised to simplify that as well. Though it does somewhat simplify cleaning out ash, I still get a fair amount of ash that accumulates on the top edge of the can. When the can is removed, this all falls to the bottom and has to be cleaned out the "traditional" way. Also, ash often spills out of the air vent cutout in the can into the bottom, making for more manual cleanup. Still though, I think the can is a net win. The biggest disappointment, however, is that my Basket no longer sits solidly in my BGE. It now wobbles and/or leans against the side, which is frustrating and unexpected since both were designed by the same company. I would have loved to have seen a can and basket that worked in perfect harmony, and they might have one some day, but this is not that.

The ash can fits my large Vision Kamado grill perfectly. It makes a tedious task easy and fast.

This is great quality and is really sturdy. I can easily clean out the ash from my Big Green Egg and it saves me a lot of clean up time…
