One of the best but service or warranty claim is hard.
I bought this from Chennai and have an issue after three months when charging. The indication is not coming during the charging. Tried to claim warranty, since there is no store and no direct support from india, the site shows to contact the place where we purchase. I don't see any option to contact in Amazon.

Great sound and ease of use
easy connectivity, good battery life, and great sound quality. we play it mainly in our living room, and it does not disappoint for any genre.

Magical sound
It provides a great bass without losing the other minutest of sounds. Definitely way better than other common brands.

Worth Every Penny
Finally, quality listening comes to portable speaker.For me, its never about how much louder a speaker can be compared to others. For me, the listener wants to go back in time and listen to the track as it was created, able to hear the smallest detail, smallest instrument.Even the speakerphone quality is good. They dont have active noise cancellation so not good with noisy atmosphere.Company has designed this speaker to convert lot of users into B&O fans and so far, its working.

Great sound quality but poor connectivity
Its a great speaker, sound quality is top notch. but lacks poor connectivity.Problems I faced.1. Doesn’t switch automatically to speaker upon receiving a phone call. Even if I forced to switch it doesn’t work at all. after the calls hangs up it stops working and not able to play any song, video. I need to reconnect it again2. So called voice assistant will work only when the alexa app is open. even if its open in background it works till it remains open. as iPhone or any other mobile automatically shuts the background app after some time (to save the battery). it wont work. And in between it keeps on saying mobile device not connected which is irritating.So only pros is that its sound quality. period

Premium Sound with Premium Feel
Loved sound and quality. It can definitely produce lot of bass. I felt sound remains true till 50-60% volume only but even that's enough for a room unless you are really planning to do a party which I don't. I am gonna buy one more some day for stereo sound pairing.

Poor Built Quality- Charger Pin Of Speaker Can Break Off easily
The Speaker Built Quality is poor, charger pin of speaker broke off in 15 days of use. The customer care in india does not even respond.
