Reinforced Swivel Belt Clip (764) w/ 1 Round Tab, 1 Rectangular Case Tab, & Adhesive (3M VHB) - Belt Clip

I figured this was the final answer to the rough use I subject my portable electronics to. Having gone through several standard belt clips, which don't last long with a Garmin GPSMAP60 series bouncing around on my belt of back pack shoulder strap, I bought the 764 a year ago. True to the promise, the body has shown no wear or fatigue at all. Unfortunately there is one weak link in the design which leads to my deducting a star from an otherwise perfect score. The minuscule plastic latch thingy has worn down to the point that it no longer positively engages the case tab. Now it no longer requires depressing the release to remove the device and it can often jump out of the clip with a nudge or a bounce. Few people have probably had this problem as the wear occurs when I lazily depress the release just barely enough to get the GPS. The tab drags along the top of the latching piece causing it to wear down over time.But I have trouble faulting the manufacturer for using a plastic part, when a metal one would probably end up being the most expensive part of the product, and few people would ever notice the difference. That's why I deduct only one start. I wish I could add back a half or three quarters of a star because THECLIP.COM appears to have an unadvertised lifetime guarantee, and they sent me two replacements free of charge. I ordered this belt clip to use with a Garmin 60csx handheld GPS. The Garmin belt clips are no longer made and this one promised to be better. I use the clip on the shoulder strap of my backpack so the GPS is easy to reach. Unfortunately, the gap on this clip which straddles the strap is at least twice as wide as the Garmin clip so it won't grab the strap and ends up flopping around on my pack. It does look well made but useless for my application.

It's a belt clip. It does exactly what a belt clip should do.

This swivel clip belt is so handy. I can carry my phone around the house as I work and answer calls or texts. I clip it on my jogging pants when I walk. It clips on tight and it does not come un-clipped. I would recommend this clip! I am buying this clip for my friend's birthday.

This is the best multi use clip I Have every seen. The 2 stick in tabs are excellent so you can use them for different phones, ipads...whatever. Very strong adhesive. The clip is a bit stiff but once it's attached it stays put. The Swivel makes it perfect for my mp3 players. I plan on purchasing another!
