High Quality Coax Surge Supressor -- Well Made!
I've seen some coax surge suppressors out of China that look very poorly made. It makes you wonder whether the gas tube inside will do what it is suppose to do when hit by a high electric charge.This coax surge supressor is very well made. It seems to be truly "broadband" with no noticeable loss of signal level when placed on the coax cable. It may cost a bit more but I'm guessing that the quality seen on the outside extends to the quality of the gas tube inside the unit. You don't want to take chances hooking up cheap coax surge suppressors to expensive AV equipment.

Seems to function properly
I haven't been able to test it electrically; however, the center conductor on the male end was way off center in the dielectric, so that will affect the 75 Ohm impedance.

Great product, good price
Re-doing the whole OTA antenna setup. New cables, grounding blocks, in-line surge protection, Antenna pre-amp. Just some extra security against lightning strikes. Good product, exactly as expected.
