Check the seal on the jar as soon as you receive!
Check the seal on the jar as soon as you receive! We love this product! However the latest jar we purchased was opened before we went to use it. Because we always keep one in stock in our pantry so we wont run out, we did not notice the seal had been broken. We dont want to chance getting sick! Canning methods require a strong pop or at least air tight. We plan to buy another one as the return window has closed. So this doesnt happen, check the seal right away! Again, the product is amazing! We have purchased many and will continue...

Good product. Problems with lid sealing in the contents.
I ordered two bottles. Both were very securely packaged. However, one had leaked a bit in transit. Therte was a small amount of jelly near the lid on the jar and label. It was still quite sticky and there was no discoloration. This suggests to me that the problem is with the way the jar lids are sealed rather than with packaging or shipping. Others have reported this issue as well, so my feedback to the manufacturer is simply to find a better way to fully seal the bottles so they don't prematurely open.

Best and most healthy mint jelly....delicious! It was sold last year at Bristol Farms but not this year.

Minty Mess - Loose Lid Leaker!
Lid was loose and product leaked all over the packaging. Had to toss it out as this item was not eligible to return. It was a minty mess! Don’t buy.
