Useful combination!
The ingredients state Maca equivalent to 1000mg, so one assumes that must be the Black type and Yellow Maca equivalent to 5000mg. Yellow Maca is well known to be as not as potent as the Red or Black types, but is still good for your health. The other ingredient is Panax ginseng. I do feel that I have more energy, especially when I do sport. This is reasonable value and I will purchase it again.

Not capsules!
Quick delivery and well packaged. Start of description says capsules (They are not), then further down the description it says tablets (They are). Description a bit confusing, not sure they work as well as capsules even though pretty strong (6000mg. Capsules bought previously were 5000mg). Would buy again if they were capsules, but they ain't!... So won't!

Extremely disappointing.
Possibly worse that useless as my fatigue seems to feel worse after taking this after a meal. & it definitely does absolutely nothing to improve my low mood.I've only taken it for a few weeks but since there has been nothing of any positive effect and possibly a negative effect I will now stop taking this.I just can't see any point in continuing with it. I've just binned it.I also bought the Horbaach Maca Root 5000mg and it was possibly better so I may try that again as I have some left but really neither of them have impressed especially this Black Maca Complex so unfortunately I cannot recommend either based on my experience.Just very disappointing that nothing of any improvement in my energy or general wellbeing was noticeable. Nothing!I've gone back to St John's Wort that at least helped a little in feeling better.
