"Pills" come in capsule form so caffeine is released quickly in the bloodstream. Effect is intense and lasts for several hours. Compared to the previous brand I was taking, this brand is much more substantive in terms of delivery. Cost is reasonable.

Never buying my caffeine supplements from Walgreens again, way more affordable buying these I get way more in the bottle and the capsules are way more effective, the strength of a single supplement is about a single cup of coffee so I usually take one right before lunch and then I take one a few hours later and I'm good for the night the only time I get jittery or anything as if I take them without food so just make sure you eat on these otherwise you'll get some jitterness AKA shakiness

Just caffeine, works perfectly, I use it as a cheeper version of pre workout, take it with a glass of water, and it's doing its job. Honestly, I love Nutricost, they make good products, and they are not overpriced and always work as expected. Love you guys, love your products!

Worth purchasing if suffer migraine issues & are trying to avoid sugary beverages

I take one a day- which is the safe caffeine daily limit.., it wakes me up- probably like 2 expresso would. However that all for the day or it’ll be too much and make your stomach sick and your sleep off. Stick to one in the morning- perfect amount. No taste or smell- easy to swallow- one and done.
